In fact, we guarantee that in the unlikely event that your real estate or property manager is not completely satisfied with our work, you only need to provide us with your exit report within five days of the job and we will rectify the cleaning issues. We strive to ensure the process of engaging the services of Ben’s Cleaning is hassle-free from start to finish. From your first contact with our friendly team, to the last, we trust you will be wowed by the service you receive.
In order to customise a service that suits your situation, we will discuss your needs and requirements with you and help you decide if a standard bond clean is the right fit for you, or if you will require any of the optional extras (please see the list below for standard inclusions and optional extras). We will give you an estimate of the cost to undertake your bond clean and if you wish to proceed from there, we will send you an agreement and payment information. If you decide to go ahead, the last step is an inspection of the property, prior to the scheduled clean. Please note, it is understood by this stage that you are satisfied with the estimate given and planning to engage our services. The inspection is simply to ensure you have accurately disclosed the size and number of rooms, windows etc, and the level of cleanliness of the property. The estimated cost of the clean will only be increased in the unlikely event that the scale of the job is bigger than was disclosed previously. As we have invested time and resources into processing your enquiry up to the point of the inspection, we do charge a fee of $50 dollars if you decide not to proceed at this point. We do request full payment for your service upfront, which enables us to allot a dedicated timeslot for your job.
Then we get to work! We will send a team of two or more cleaners to your property who will set about cleaning all the areas that need addressing in order to satisfy exit requirements. We supply all the necessary equipment and cleaning products to get the job done right. Our experienced team know exactly what is required during the bond cleaning process so you can sit back and look forward to the all-important tick of approval from your real estate or property manager.
